Like many, the Covid Pandemic meant filling in our newfound “spare time’ with finding a hobby, starting a passion project or just having a crack at something you’ve always wanted to do.

For me it was teaching myself to cook outside, whether it be on the gas grill or over charcoal. Hours of watching the OG’s of the online BBQ world and giving things a red hot go myself, learning every step of the way, I discovered I had found something I could pour myself into…. Something where the reward is feeding those closest to you and creating memories and experiences through food.

Today, I have the great honour and privilege to share this passion with people from all walks of life by means of demos, classes and spending my days working full time at The Gas Showroom - Weber Store in Chatswood, Sydney.
